在这个(gè )时(shí )节该如(rú )何调(diào )理(lǐ )养生?宋(sòng )曙霞认为,在饮食上(shàng )可多(duō )吃有芬(fēn )芳(fāng )气(qì )味的蔬(shū )菜,如韭(jiǔ )菜(cài )、香(xiāng )菜、葱、蒜、荠菜、香椿等,以疏肝柔(róu )肝。另外,俗语称“春(chūn )日吃春芽”,也就是说这个(gè )季(jì )节可(kě )吃(chī )鲜绿的嫩芽,比(bǐ )如豆芽、蒜(suàn )苗、豆苗、莴苣等(děng ),禁食(shí )或少(shǎo )食辛(xīn )辣(là )刺激(jī )食物,以免肝火(huǒ )上炎。
